Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing class is a high-energy workout that combines elements of martial arts, boxing, aerobics and strength training, all set to upbeat music to keep you moving and motivated. You'll see improved strength and endurance
while also seeing weight loss while promoting heart health.
We offer Adult and Youth classes, ages 7 and up. Coach Tara Harbaugh directs the adult classes, Joey and Landon (pictured above) direct the youth classes.
